CB-Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) Transaction Coordination Group (TCG), AS

Overview

Associate role in CB-Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) Transaction Coordination Group (TCG) supporting the Lending Deal Management team.

What you'll do

• Set up lending deals in LS2.
• Process deal amendments.
• Reconcile data between systems for newly booked deals or amendments.
• Prepare fee invoices.
• Review LMA and LSTA governed facility agreements and technical clauses for deal setup.
• Perform balance confirmations.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience understanding loan agreements and legal language (LMA standards).
• 5-8 years of German proficiency (minimum certification B2).
• Excellent English speaking/reading/writing/listening skills.
• Strong proofreading skills for legal credit documents.
• Experience working with loan, collateral, and limit reservations platforms.
• Very strong MS Office experience.
• Ability to work on CET working hours with strong time management and analytical skills.
