Channel Sales Engineer (South & Central Time Zone)

Overview

Channel Sales Engineer supporting Sectigo’s partner ecosystem by providing technical enablement through the partner-led pre-sales lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Enable and support channel partners positioning and selling Sectigo solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Deliver partner-focused technical enablement, including solution overviews, architecture discussions, and demonstrations.
• Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations during partner-led pre-sales processes.
• Assist partners during proofs of concept with direction, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Develop and deliver partner training sessions, workshops, and enablement content.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for partner inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience.
• Prior exposure to pre-sales, sales engineering, professional services, or partner-facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Linux-based platforms.
• Ability and availability to travel more than 35% of the time to assigned regions/territories.
• English language proficiency required.
