Overview

Chemist supporting raw material qualification and R&D activities through laboratory testing, electroplating experiments, product validation, and cross-functional project execution.

What you'll do

• Operate electroplating laboratory and line-scale equipment.
• Conduct chemical, materials, and physical analyses.
• Plan, execute, follow up, and control electroplating experiments.
• Perform advanced product testing, qualification, and validation.
• Create documents, regulations, and reports following ISO norms.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Lead customer troubleshooting, process optimization, and technical site visits as required.

What you'll need

• Hold an MSc in Chemistry.
• Have 3+ years of relevant R&D or industrial experience.
• Demonstrate technical depth in organic, inorganic, and electrochemistry.
• Have experience leading DoEs and experimental planning.
• Analyze results and propose scientifically sound next steps.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Drive tasks from concept to completion with ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience leading R&D projects.
• Strong experience performing laboratory testing.
• Knowledge of structure–property relationships in organic and inorganic molecules.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
• Experience with customer technical support, troubleshooting, and application development.
