Senior Field Process Engineer

Overview

Senior Field Process Engineer responsible for process support, evaluation, and documentation for equipment hardware modifications and upgrades at customer sites.

What you'll do

• Provide process support and resolve process/system/productivity issues.
• Develop processes for new applications and small variants of existing customer applications.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to characterize process windows and recommend field hardware modifications.
• Design and run experiments, collect/analyze data, and generate reports with recommendations.
• Perform application-related project management from planning through recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand needs and requirements.
• Provide technical instruction and mentoring for more junior engineers.

What you'll need

• PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field, or an MS with 3+ years relevant experience, or a BS with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications including data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE/cleanroom suit.
• Be available to work on-call if needed.

Details

• Relocate to Singapore for 3–6 months upon joining for training and technology transfer.
• After the first 12 months, role will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat supporting local FAB operations.
