Overview

Software Support Engineer (Interactive Applications) responsible for providing functional and technical support for Esko’s Interactive Applications to help customers troubleshoot issues and maximize value.

What you'll do

• Provide functional and technical support for Esko Interactive Applications across packaging, collaboration, approval, and production workflows.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues involving configuration, usage, and integration scenarios.
• Document issues, root causes, and resolutions in support systems for knowledge sharing and case continuity.
• Take end-to-end ownership of support cases with timely updates and professional customer communication.
• Escalate complex or product-related issues with clear technical analysis and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with team leaders and senior engineers on high-impact or recurring issues.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in structural design for packaging and/or Esko software support.
• Experience with one or more tools: ArtiosCAD, ArtPro, ArtPro+, PackEdge, Plato, Cape, DeskPack, i-Cut, Studio, or VDP.
• Or a formal qualification in Printing Technology, Structural Design, or related field.
• Structured troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and product enhancements.

• Location: Bangalore, with hybrid work and rotational shifts every 4 months.
