Senior / Staff RDA Process Engineer

Overview

Senior/Staff RDA Process Engineer responsible for monitoring inline defectivity, identifying process anomalies, and improving semiconductor manufacturing outcomes through data analysis and process optimization.

What you'll do

• Analyze process flows, defect data, and inline signals to identify anomalies.
• Drive corrective actions and defect reduction initiatives.
• Support experimentation and baseline health monitoring.
• Use inspection and metrology tools to detect process issues and variation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, process integration, process development, and yield teams.
• Perform root cause investigations and optimize processes.
• Help transfer new technologies into production and improve yield and quality.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to investigate process anomalies and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, scripting, programming, or data science methodologies.
• Experience with semiconductor inspection, metrology, or Realtime Defect Analysis processes.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, machine learning, automation platforms, or data analytics.
• PhD in a related technical field.
