Senior Process Engineer- AI

Overview

Senior Process Engineer responsible for leading process redesign and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across complex business processes.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead process redesign initiatives and future-state analyses.
• Manage complex initiatives spanning multiple business process segments.
• Identify risks, procedural deficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend solutions based on integrated process analyses.
• Consult with teams to develop alternatives and resolve issues.
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Process Engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in Process Engineering or an equivalent background.
• Ability to identify and prioritize AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience with AI-enabled process analysis, knowledge management, or operational decision support.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate AI solutions for value, scalability, risk, and operational impact.

Nice to have

• Experience defining governance, controls, evaluation frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies for AI-enabled processes.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data Management, and Product teams.
• Professional certifications or advanced training in AI, intelligent automation, process mining, advanced analytics, or related disciplines.
