Generative AI- Data Scientist-Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate Generative AI-Data Scientist role at PwC’s Acceleration Center India, focused on turning raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement agentic AI systems including tool-calling, autonomous planning/execution, and agent memory.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions using cloud-native services and associated cloud capabilities.
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess reasoning, tool reliability, task completion, hallucination risk, and decision quality.
• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines including chunking, embeddings, and vector database integration.
• Design prompt engineering strategies such as prompt chaining and few-shot/zero-shot approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Monitor performance, test impacted scenarios, and optimize for accuracy, latency, throughput, and cost.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
• Implement and uphold Python development best practices during implementation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and relevant AI/GenAI certifications.
