Adv. Data Scientist I, SIP

Overview

Adv. Data Scientist I role in Hyderabad focused on building and validating agentic AI systems for financial workflows.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with software, data, and investment teams to build AI-based tools using structured and alternate data.
• Design and implement multi-agent reasoning loops using LangGraph, LangChain, or AgentCore.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and “gold-standard” datasets to measure generative output performance, faithfulness, and accuracy.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and validation layers for high-quality structured and alternate inputs.
• Integrate AI models into business workflows alongside full stack engineers, moving from notebooks to microservices.
• Run systematic testing such as RAG evaluation and stress testing to satisfy financial services compliance and reliability standards.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of data science or machine learning experience with emphasis on NLP and Generative AI.
• Strong Python foundation and cloud-native development practices.
• Comfort with Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience creating evaluation metrics and building datasets for model validation and testing.
• Proactive use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate technical tasks.
• Interest in the data engineering and full stack intersection with agility to iterate by sprint feedback.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Workplace model: at least three days per week in the designated office, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
