Data Scientist II

Overview

Data Scientist II role within Global Knowledge Solutions, expected to build and deploy intelligent AI systems and lead end-to-end data science projects.

What you'll do

• Design AI agents using LLMs, RAG, memory, tools, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement multi-step reasoning, planning, and autonomous workflows.
• Build and deploy ML models through the full lifecycle from problem definition to deployment.
• Develop predictive models for regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
• Extract insights using statistical inference, data mining, and advanced analytics on structured and unstructured data.
• Maintain pipelines, deploy models to production, and monitor performance for scalability and reliability.
• Work with clients to define needs, success criteria, and project objectives.

What you'll need

• 5+ years building and deploying ML models and working with Agentic AI.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong ML expertise including feature engineering, validation, ensemble models, and neural networks.
• Proficiency in Python/R (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras (or similar).
• Hands-on MLOps with Git and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience deploying production ML systems.

Nice to have

• Certifications in R, Python, or SQL.

• Location: Powai, Mumbai, MH.
