Sr Specialist AI Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and intelligent automation. Build scalable, secure, production-ready AI platforms and establish engineering, governance, and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, deploy, and support agentic AI solutions, assistants, copilots, and automation platforms.
• Build RAG systems using vector databases, embeddings, enterprise content, and knowledge repositories.
• Develop multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool orchestration.
• Create evaluation frameworks for relevance, faithfulness, grounding, latency, safety, and business impact.
• Integrate AI systems with applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Mentor engineers and promote AI architecture patterns and best practices.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on AI application development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong Python skills and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building RAG applications with vector databases and semantic search.
• Strong understanding of agentic architectures, tool calling, memory systems, and workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Financial Services, Capital Markets, or FinTech experience.
• Experience with DeepEval, Ragas, LangSmith, or similar evaluation frameworks.
• Exposure to LLMOps, MLOps, Responsible AI, or AI Governance.
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs, Graph Databases, or Enterprise Search platforms.
