Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will own group-wide operations and execution across businesses, functions and markets. The role translates priorities into accountable plans, measurable outcomes and timely execution.

What you'll do

• Translate group priorities into targets, owners, timelines and operating plans.
• Run operating reviews and identify businesses, teams or projects behind plan.
• Resolve cross-functional issues across product, technology, operations, people and commercial teams.
• Build processes for planning, performance management, accountability and resource allocation.
• Lead operating setup for new businesses, markets and teams.
• Improve organisational structures and processes that slow execution.
• Take ownership of critical projects when execution or accountability is weak.

What you'll need

• Track record building and scaling operations in a technology company, startup or high-growth business.
• Experience owning company-wide, multi-market or multi-business execution.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, operating models and organisational design.
• Ability to diagnose underperformance and implement fixes.
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
• Hands-on operating style with data, processes and teams.
