VP, FP&A

Overview

Lead FP&A strategy, forecasting, reporting, business planning, and financial systems while advising executive leadership and managing the FP&A team. The role reports to the CFO and supports financial performance, operational efficiency, and company valuation.

What you'll do

• Own operating models covering capacity, revenue, expenses, financial statements, and cash forecasting.
• Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly flash forecasting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting.
• Prepare executive, management, investor, and Board financial reporting and analysis.
• Support go-to-market, People, R&D, and other teams with financial and strategic analysis.
• Develop long-term financial models, business drivers, KPIs, budgets, and scenario plans.
• Improve FP&A processes through automation, dashboards, Snowflake, and AI tools.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
• Significant experience in a financial leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS at scale.
• Private equity experience.
• Experience implementing financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, deadline-management, and financial modelling skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA.

• Remote in the United States.
• Base salary: $258,156–$378,628.80 yearly.
