Solution Design Consultant

Overview

Full-time Solution Design Consultant on the Atlas Sales team, owning renewal diagnostics, operating-model design, business cases, and delivery handoffs for customer engagements.

What you'll do

• Lead the Atlas Renewals Diagnostic from data request through executive readout.
• Convert diagnostic findings into a target service design and autonomy ramp.
• Author business cases with partnership scenarios, capacity models, and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Set pricing inputs and develop AI and human responsibility matrices.
• Maintain solution integrity through commercial negotiations and contract alignment.
• Transfer design intent, assumptions, risks, and decisions to Delivery and Solutions Architecture.
• Re-validate designs during ramp and own the Partnership Value Assessment.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative business analysis.
• Experience presenting findings to senior executives in renewal, customer success, or subscription revenue operations.
• Strong Excel financial modeling skills covering multi-year business cases, margins, and scenarios.
• Ability to design and price an operating model and translate design intent into contract terms.

Details

• Remote role based in the USA.
• Occasional travel of up to 25% may be required.
• Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus commission and equity eligibility.
