Overview
Lead architecture and delivery for complex client implementations across Veradigm’s payer analytics and risk adjustment solutions. Translate health plan and provider requirements into scalable designs and guide cross-functional teams through implementation.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise implementations across Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA programs.
- Translate business, regulatory, and data requirements into technical implementation plans.
- Design data integration, onboarding, mappings, transformations, and data quality frameworks.
- Configure quality and risk adjustment analytics, coding workflows, and provider engagement solutions.
- Resolve complex implementation issues and drive remediation across client and internal teams.
- Provide roadmaps, risk assessments, technical guidance, and implementation documentation.
- Mentor implementation staff and support product, engineering, and pre-sales activities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical or business experience.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Deep expertise in health plan risk adjustment and quality analytics methodologies.
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and ACA marketplace lines of business.
- Advanced knowledge of HL7 FHIR, CCDA, EDI, SQL, databases, and healthcare data integration.
- Experience with healthcare data pipelines, ETL/ELT, project leadership, and client-facing consulting.
- Ability to work independently on complex issues and mentor junior implementation staff.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Azure data technologies and Databricks.
- Experience with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and version control.
- Prior client-facing healthcare implementation experience for health plans or providers.
Details
- Remote in the United States.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.
- After-hours, on-call, or holiday support may be required during peak periods.
- Compensation range: $113,254–$164,785.
