Senior Deployment Engineer (United States)

Overview

Serve as the strategic technical bridge between Karat and enterprise clients, helping them implement, optimize, and gain value from Karat's interview platform. Advise client stakeholders, analyze hiring performance, and align technical solutions with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Advise enterprise clients on Karat's technical solutions and build trusted relationships.
• Present technical solutions to prospects as a subject matter expert.
• Architect and implement interview frameworks for new enterprise clients.
• Conduct strategic customer reviews and align solutions with business objectives.
• Deliver executive-level training for client stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams.
• Improve Customer Operations and GTM processes to create additional client value.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of professional experience in technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or technical implementation consulting.
• Success advising clients during onboarding and complex implementations.
• Experience engaging directly with C-Suite executives in client-facing roles.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Client-facing experience with technical customers.

• Remote role limited to candidates in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.
• Up to 20% travel is required.
