Lead MBSE Engineer

Overview

Lead MBSE Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale SysML system models using Cameo Systems Modeler and DoDAF. The role supports network services for the TACMOR program and requires collaboration across engineering disciplines.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain large-scale SysML models using Cameo Systems Modeler and DoDAF.
• Create system architecture artifacts, including BDD, IBD, requirements, use case, activity, and sequence diagrams.
• Generate engineering deliverables such as ICD, IDD, SDD, and RVTM using Cameo Report Wizard.
• Manage collaborative model development using Cameo Teamwork Cloud.
• Establish requirements traceability and review model quality, consistency, and completeness.
• Mentor engineers and support MBSE standards, processes, reviews, and technical meetings.
• Support requirements analysis, system integration, technical assessments, and special projects.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a BS engineering degree, or 10+ years with a master's engineering degree.
• Hands-on MBSE experience using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Experience with requirements traceability and multidisciplinary engineering collaboration.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler 2024x or later, Cameo Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator.
• Experience developing MBSE modeling standards and mentoring engineers.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Active Secret clearance.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence or SharePoint.
• Python, scripting, systems integration, modeling and simulation, or digital engineering experience.
• Previous experience working with DAF systems.

Details

• 100% remote within the United States.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations is required.
• Pay range: $131,300–$237,350 yearly.
