What you'll do

• Develop real estate strategy documents for CFO and executive leadership using market analysis and financial modeling.
• Lead strategic portfolio planning with scenario modeling for growth and long-term footprint optimization.
• Create executive presentations and decision memos based on real estate data.
• Run in-depth market analyses, including competitive positioning and labor market dynamics.
• Build and maintain financial models (including NPV, lease vs. buy, and total cost of occupancy).
• Oversee occupancy planning, demand forecasting, and lease administration risk and obligations.
• Manage and develop a team of two direct reports.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, or real estate finance.
• At least 3-5 years in a people management role.
• Financial modeling skills including NPV, IRR, scenario analysis, and total cost of occupancy methodologies.
• Deep expertise in market analysis, including labor economics, competitive positioning, and location strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and present real estate strategies to executives.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong writing skills for executive-ready strategic narratives.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the company offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is available for some roles and candidates.
• Annual compensation range listed: $275,000 - $275,000 USD.
