Supply Chain Strategist / Responsable Stratégie Supply Chain (H/F)

Overview

Supply Chain Strategist responsible for partnering with the Supply Chain Strategy Leader to deploy the supply chain strategy framework across GE Vernova businesses and guide strategic supply chain decisions.

What you'll do

• Deploy the supply chain strategy framework across business lines.
• Develop financial models with sensitivity analysis and capacity planning.
• Build and present business cases covering trade-offs such as capital expenditure, risk, efficiency, resiliency, flow, and sustainability.
• Develop the Voice of Customer process covering market opportunities, technologies, capabilities, and footprint alignment.
• Manage strategic business-level projects and Next Generation Supply Chain development.
• Identify strategic sites for growth potential, capital allocation needs, and financial benefits.
• Create and improve standard work through data analysis and cross-functional feedback.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
• Strong relevant experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, or Sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to senior global stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Experience working cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strategic thinking and change management capability.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
• Prior GE leadership program experience, such as OMLP, FMP, or CAS.
• Lean expertise.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
