Client Due Dilligence Analyst (DDQ)

Overview

Client Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) Analyst supporting AlphaSense’s global sales process. You help review and complete DDQs accurately and on time using approved content, SOPs, and AI-assisted tools.

What you'll do

• Complete client Due Diligence Questionnaires accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Review incoming DDQs and process them using standard operating procedures, templates, and the approved internal knowledge base.
• Retrieve and use pre-approved standardized answers, ensuring responses are accurate and consistent with approved positions.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to draft, match, and assemble responses, with careful review of AI output before finalization.
• Identify questions outside SOP or without approved answers and escalate them to the appropriate subject matter expert.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales to support deal timelines.
• Maintain accurate trackers and DDQ pipeline updates for monitoring, prioritization, and completion.

What you'll need

• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, administrative, customer support, compliance operations, or a similar process-based role is helpful.
• Exposure to compliance, privacy, information security, client due diligence, or DDQs is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, coursework, or internships will be viewed positively.
• Strong responsibility handling confidential and sensitive client, security, compliance, and commercial information is required.
• Ability to know when to answer using approved sources versus escalating to a subject matter expert.
• Comfort working with internal knowledge bases, workflow tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is required.
• Strong written communication skills in English to produce clear, professional, error-free responses are required.
