Client Finance Analyst I

Overview

Support financial management, project accounting, reporting, invoicing, and month-end close activities for a client portfolio.

What you'll do

• Support monthly project accounting and update financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time and expense systems and files.
• Update project files for change orders, budget adjustments, and milestones.
• Prepare and investigate project hours, expenses, and billing rates.
• Prepare client invoices and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Prepare monthly client accruals and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with annual budgets, audits, and ad hoc finance projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information ethically.
