Client Project Manager

Overview

Client Project Manager leading and directing concurrent standard or complex client projects, from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Interface with project stakeholders to deliver from concept to implementation.
• Act as single point of contact for the client and manage escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage delivery with scope control and change management.
• Ensure the project delivers an as-sold solution within baselined budget and on time while maintaining quality.
• Manage documentation, risks, issues, and clear communications to stakeholders.
• Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing solutions and completing proposals.

What you'll need

• Seasoned project management experience from initiation to completion.
• Experience establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, expectations, and escalations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage urgent, complex tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant degree in business and/or project management (or related field).
• Project management certifications preferably PMP; ITIL certification is beneficial.
