Client Service Analyst,AS

Overview

Client Service Analyst (Corporate Title: AS) responsible for ensuring service standards, compliance and corporate security are adhered to in the area, and for total compliance with audit guidelines set by external (RBI, NSDL) and internal auditors.

What you'll do

• Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines (KYC and money anti-laundering, audits).
• Ensure proper monitoring of expenses and controlling costs, waiver tracking and lead management.
• Ensure proper display of all regulatory circulars in the area.
• Accurately process all account opening forms and MF applications.
• Ensure voucher management, rules of custodianship and key management guidelines are followed without deviation.
• Handle exceptions and track and monitor deferrals.
• Review suspicious transactions, large cash transactions and NR credits and follow the necessary process as per the guidelines laid down.
• Ensure the area has a clean mystery shopping audit report from both internal and external auditors.
• Track, respond to and close all customer complaints within the committed TATs.
• Ensure best-in-class service standards to all area customers by synergizing with all channels in the area.
• Ensure proper controls and access are maintained to the cash and locker area at all times.
• Immediately report any suspicious transaction to the supervising officer.

What you'll need

• 10 years of experience in overall branch operations.
• Client service excellence.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems, applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FEMA, foreign exchange and trade operations.
