Client Services Director

Overview

Provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to meet the client's marketing needs, acting as a trusted advisor who understands and articulates client business insights.

What you'll do

• Deliver the service proposition to clients and manage the business end to end for individual clients.
• Own client relationships in line with the defined relationship strategy.
• Proactively identify client cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Take commercial and service ownership of the client relationship, driving seamless delivery and account profitability.
• Manage, motivate and develop the team around client objectives and culture.
• Work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that build the client's business.
