Client Value Partner - Retail

Overview

Client Value Partner for retail accounts, bridging business and technology to design and operationalize large-scale transformation programs using Process Intelligence.

What you'll do

• Analyze client strategic goals and map them to a long-term vision using Process Intelligence software.
• Architect a C-suite agenda by optimizing value chains, including procurement operations and inventory management.
• Develop business cases and AI roadmaps, including automation opportunities across hybrid infrastructures.
• Lead process improvement workstreams for transformational programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Deploy Process Mining Centers of Excellence and coordinate technical teams for architecture reviews and workshops.
• Develop custom data models, dashboards, automations, and facilitate process mapping workshops for Supply Chain and Finance.
• Drive measurable impact including P&L and working capital savings, and perform architectural risk reviews.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience designing and operationalizing large-scale platforms.
• Experience guiding/partnering in Strategy Consulting and/or enterprise transformation settings.
• Track record delivering solutions for major enterprises.
• Consulting leadership experience across roles such as Consultant through Vice President.
• Domain experience managing multi-year deployments for multi-national CPG clients and understanding accounts payable and procurement operations.
• Technical fluency with supply chain stack tools such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and TMS/WMS systems.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across application owners, server owners, managed service providers, and business leadership.
