Clinical Data Management SAS Programmer

Overview

Clinical Data Management SAS Programmer role focused on leading clinical database programming and support, working with clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as Lead Programmer.
• Plan and coordinate clinical system database design, development, implementation, maintenance, and user support.
• Program, test, and document databases following programming standards and validation procedures.
• Program database manipulations and data transfers for internal and external clients.
• Mentor other team members and Lead Programmers in technical and database expertise training.
• Independently bring project solutions to CDP teams and the Clinical Data Programming department.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SAS, Python, and R for Clinical Data Programming.
• Advanced knowledge of VGL and/or BizTalk and/or C# and/or .NET for Laboratory Data Programming.
• Solid understanding of the clinical drug development process (clinical domain knowledge).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and technical database skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/life science or related field.
