Overview
Associate-level investment data specialist supporting delivery and expansion of Aladdin’s data capabilities across client implementations.
What you'll do
- Assist with requirements gathering, scope clarification, and project planning for Aladdin data management workstreams.
- Execute assigned data workstream tasks and track progress against project milestones.
- Support data mapping, normalization, and implementation activities with client teams.
- Onboard client data using standard interfaces and configurable tools from clients and/or third-party providers.
- Assist with setup, validation, and troubleshooting of analytics jobs and deliverables.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks; support resolution of data issues.
- Support client UAT by executing test cases, validating results, and documenting findings.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree is required (preference for business, technology, or engineering focus).
- 4+ years of experience as an investment/data technology implementation specialist or relevant user/development/service/operations experience.
- Familiarity with investment data and analytics (private markets or derivative knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and focus on high-quality delivery.
- Comfortable working with clients and partners at all business levels.
- Critical thinking and demonstratable experience using technology to solve problems at scale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Working experience with SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Python or Java is a plus.
Details
- Hybrid work model: required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
