Clinical Research Associate

Overview

Clinical Research Associate roles (different seniority levels) for oncology and rare disease clinical studies in Germany.

What you'll do

• Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate activities required to set up and monitor studies (e.g., identify investigators).
• Help prepare regulatory submissions.
• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits.
• Prepare for investigator meetings, site visits, and project team updates.

What you'll need

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with concentration in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least 1 year as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry (or equivalent experience/competencies).
• Site management or equivalent experience in clinical research.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Availability for domestic travel with overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment.
