CLM Consultant

Overview

CLM Consultant to support Legal Operations using Ironclad and/or Agiloft contract lifecycle management platforms. Responsibilities span implementation, solution architecture, pre-sales, and client success.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Ironclad and/or Agiloft.
• Create and maintain integrations between Ironclad/Agiloft and other enterprise systems.
• Develop workflows, templates, business rules, dashboards, and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Ironclad and/or Agiloft implementations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, including product demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Advise clients on Ironclad/Agiloft best practices and provide technical expertise during implementations.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years of experience working with Ironclad and/or Agiloft and CLM platforms.
• Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures for contract review.
• Proficiency in Ironclad and/or Agiloft API, eSignature, and CLM administration.
• Experience with Agiloft CLM (Springs) configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON for integrations.
• Ironclad and/or Agiloft certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator) required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and problem-solving/analytical abilities.
