Strategic Account Executive - United States

Overview

Strategic, customer-facing technical role serving as a Trusted Advisor for enterprise customers using Aviatrix in production environments in the US. Focuses on customer outcomes and operational excellence rather than sales.

What you'll do

• Act as the dedicated Trusted Advisor for assigned strategic enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end technical relationship including architecture design and deployment oversight.
• Lead regular business and technical reviews (QBRs/TBRs) with customer stakeholders.
• Design and validate multi-cloud network architectures using Aviatrix across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Architect cloud network security using Aviatrix Distributed Cloud Firewall (DCF).
• Serve as technical escalation point for critical incidents and coordinate resolution.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, cloud networking, or network security roles.
• Hands-on expertise with at least two major public clouds including VPC/VNet design and routing.
• Strong understanding of BGP, SD-WAN, MPLS, and hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Cloud Interconnect).
• Experience with network security technologies including NGFWs, IDS/IPS, microsegmentation, and Zero Trust.
• Proficiency with automation and scripting (Python, Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools including CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, or Datadog.
