Cloud Operations Administrator

Overview

Cloud Operations Administrator role working with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization across multiple cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and provide recommendations for capacity adjustments to meet business demands.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing reports to ensure transparency and accuracy in cost allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement optimization initiatives.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate cloud usage data and identify trends.
• Experience with cloud cost management and billing processes.
• Ability to work with multiple cloud platforms and understand their operational metrics.
• Skilled in generating reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and resource allocation strategies.
• 15 years full time education.
