Overview

Senior Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions such as CC&B, WACS and C2M, working closely with clients to define business processes.

What you'll do

• Lead workshops with clients to gather detailed business requirements and define business processes.
• Develop comprehensive functional designs and ensure alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Configure Oracle Utilities products, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Act as the main functional point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Provide leadership during testing, go-live, and post-implementation support phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality functional documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Must have skill: Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of utilities business processes and Oracle Utilities products.
• Proven track record of leading functional design and implementation for CC&B, MDM, WAM, WACS, and C2M - Credit & Collections.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Credit & Collections.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• 15 years full time education.
