Cloud Platform Engineer

Overview

Design, build, test and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure, and create proof of architecture to validate viability, security and performance.

What you'll do

• Design and construct cloud-based application solutions that integrate cloud and traditional infrastructure components.
• Test and deploy cloud solutions and deploy infrastructure and platform environments.
• Create proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Perform independently, become an SME, actively contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure deployment.
• Experience with automation and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud platform issues.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• 15 years full time education.
