Cloud Support Engineer

Overview

Cloud Support Engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of technical problems for customers across SaaS and private cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Act as second line of defense for technical queries and resolve customer issues.
• Own the customer-facing loop on assigned tickets and drive them to resolution.
• Diagnose issues using logs, traces, and reproducible test cases.
• Use kubectl, awscli, and a scripting language to troubleshoot and resolve in-scope issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical customer contacts on complex cases.
• Contribute to runbooks and other documentation for issues you own.
• Use AI tools for technical investigations, log analysis, customer communication, and documentation.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, cloud operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CLI tools such as kubectl and awscli.
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs and MCP-related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with connecting LLMs to external tools, including multi-agent systems.
• Exposure to alerting and logging systems such as Prometheus and Grafana and FireHydrant.
• Experience managing customer support cases from inquiry/triage/bug reporting to resolution.
