Cloud Technical Architect

Overview

Develop and deliver agile, cost-effective hosting solutions using private and public cloud technologies. Plan and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration while supporting SAP ABAP on HANA and BRIM SOM business and technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver agile and cost-effective hosting solutions.
• Implement scalable, high-performance hosting solutions for corporate and digital applications using private and public cloud technologies.
• Plan and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration.
• Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert in SAP ABAP on HANA and BRIM SOM.
• Participate in team discussions, solution design, and problem-solving activities.
• Provide solutions for challenges in the subscription order lifecycle, order changes, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to align BRIM SOM processes and technology implementations.
• Document and communicate business and functional requirements to technical teams for ABAP on HANA implementation.
• Support and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in SAP ABAP, HANA, and BRIM SOM.
• Monitor and evaluate business and subscription processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.
• Analyze organizational processes, systems, and subscription-based business models end-to-end.
• Align business requirements with SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management and HANA-based technical solutions.
• Identify customer and stakeholder needs and envision future-state improvements across the subscription lifecycle.
• Support data-driven decision-making through requirement analysis and collaboration with technical teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development on HANA.
• Hands-on experience in SAP BRIM – Subscription Order Management (SOM) ABAP developments and enhancements.
• Experience developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP for HANA environments, including performance-optimized coding.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts, CDS views, Open SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within SAP BRIM and core SAP systems.
• Familiarity with integration of BRIM SOM with CI, FI-CA, Convergent Invoicing, and downstream systems.
• Skill in writing efficient, maintainable code while adhering to SAP development best practices.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development on HANA, with exposure to SAP BRIM SOM.
