Cluster Visual Merchandising (Third Party)

Overview

Cluster Visual Merchandising role focused on continuously enhancing the visual presentation of Puma stores through updates, training, and execution of store visual merchandising plans.

What you'll do

• Continuously update each Puma store’s look and feel.
• Support VM creativity for the front-end team through VM trainings, competitions, and store audits.
• Execute Resec initiatives including campaigns, seasonal change-overs, and key story roll outs.
• Adhere to a planned beat plan journey for the responsible set of stores and share it month on month.
• Provide support to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld.
• Plan, order, and coordinate VM supplies for seasonal and monthly changes.
• Organize and send weekly/monthly reports to Head Office and implement feedback.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Communication / Fashion / Accessories/ Textile Design.
• Visual Merchandiser work experience including design/ execution.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Well-versed with global VM best practices.
• Excelling photography skills and creative/innovative thinking.

• Responsible for store formats: EBOs, Partner, SIS, and LFR.
