Digital Marketing Associate – Marketing Systems & Marketing Reporting (Marketo)

Overview

Support digital marketing systems, data operations, campaign execution, and performance reporting across CDMO business platforms. The role focuses on Marketo-related processes, marketing data quality, dashboards, events, webinars, and digital tool adoption.

What you'll do

• Execute data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, imports, and audience segmentation updates.
• Manage related IT tickets and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and maintain standard dashboards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting cycles.
• Support digital promotion and lead assignments for events and webinars.
• Document recurring systems processes and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding, rollout, adoption, and change management for digital marketing tools.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing operations or systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR-compliant B2B practices.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent platforms.
