Overview

Collections & Recovery Workout Associate administers, designs, and ensures compliance with collections processes for private and small business customers.

What you'll do

• Follow up on overdue accounts, including initiating demand letters and making outbound phone calls.
• Carry out external debt collection activities.
• Resolve operational setup/logistics issues to ensure continuity, with support from divisional functions.
• Supervise collection operations for incoming fund transfers.
• Ensure correct accounting for collected incoming fund transfers.

What you'll need

• Work with collections processes for private customers and small business customers.
• Apply critical judgment when using AI tools and data/AI outputs responsibly and ethically.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
