Travel Consultant - Sabre GDS (Remote, Full-Time)

Overview

Support post-booking fulfillment for premium international business-class and first-class travel. Manage Sabre GDS reservations, itineraries, invoicing, payment verification, and client communications.

What you'll do

• Manage confirmed airline reservations and post-booking details in Sabre GDS.
• Prepare accurate client-ready itineraries for international bookings.
• Coordinate transfers, seat assignments, frequent flyer details, and meal requests.
• Prepare and review invoices using FreshBooks.
• Verify payments across Stripe, bank wires, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
• Send approved itineraries and invoices to clients through Periskope.
• Escalate booking, payment, and record discrepancies to the Team Lead.

What you'll need

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in travel operations or a similar travel-industry role.
• Hands-on professional Sabre GDS experience.
• Experience with airline reservations, PNR management, ticketing, rebooking, or itinerary management.
• Experience creating or managing invoices with FreshBooks, QuickBooks, or a similar platform.
• Experience verifying or reconciling payments.
• Strong written English and professional client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active bookings and tasks accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate, executive, VIP, luxury, or business-class travel.
• Experience with international reservations, ticket changes, refunds, exchanges, or post-ticketing support.
• Familiarity with Amadeus, Travelport/Galileo, or itinerary management platforms.
• Experience with FreshBooks, Stripe, Asana, CRM, or client communication tools.
