Finance Associate - AP

Overview

Support supplier invoice review, payment reconciliation, and accounts payable operations using NetSuite.

What you'll do

• Review supplier invoices for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Process and record supplier invoices in NetSuite.
• Reconcile supplier payments and allocations.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end accounts payable reconciliations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresher or 1 year of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Details

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• 1-year contract.
• Working hours: 7 PM IST to 3 AM IST.
• Work days: Monday to Saturday.
