Finance Associate

Overview

Finance Associate responsible for accurate bookkeeping, payout processing, reconciliation, and finance operations for a high-volume operation in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Record daily transactions in the accounting system and Google Sheets.
• Compute and process Data Collector and Field Officer payouts.
• Process payments and incentives for partner businesses.
• Reconcile bank statements, payment records, and trackers.
• Clean, match, and summarize large transaction datasets.
• Prepare payout summaries, expense reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain audit-ready records and coordinate with operations teams.

What you'll need

• 0–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or finance operations.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Basic accounting knowledge covering ledgers and reconciliation.
• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling high transaction volumes.
• Integrity and discipline when handling money and records.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
• Experience with payroll, vendor payments, or marketplace payouts.
• Basic working knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Work arrangement: In person five days a week.
