Finance Ascend Associate

Overview

A two-year rotational program that builds future Finance and Global Business Services leaders through three rotations across Finance disciplines, combining structured learning, hands-on experience and strategic exposure.

What you'll do

• Successfully complete multiple rotational assignments across Finance.
• Deliver meaningful contributions and project outcomes in each rotation.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional business partners.
• Demonstrate financial acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and business challenges.
• Actively engage in learning, development and feedback opportunities.

What you'll need

• Qualified CA.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Strong academic performance and foundational financial knowledge.

Details

• Program duration: 24 months, with 3 rotations of approximately 9 months each across different Finance disciplines.
• Rotation focus is tailored to business needs and participant development goals and may vary by region and individual.
• Typically 1–2 participants per region, per cohort.
• Post-program, the associate will be offered a full-time role at Otis based on availability and interest.
• Work location: Mumbai (Malad).
