Overview
Clinical Specialist for Lyra Health's Complex Care program, supporting clients with complex and high-risk behavioral health needs through phone and email case management.
What you'll do
- Assess client clinical needs for higher levels of care.
- Provide in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues.
- Ensure client safety.
- Navigate clients into high quality, evidence-based facilities and programs.
- Provide longitudinal case management support.
What you'll need
- Open to feedback.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols.

- Location: United States.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm PT.
- Work is exclusively by phone and email; no in-person services or therapy.
