Compliance Analyst, Expert Network

Overview

Compliance Analyst for AlphaSense’s expert network compliance program, supporting accurate execution of core compliance operations and governance activities.

What you'll do

• Support execution of the expert network compliance program, including policies, training logistics, and ongoing monitoring.
• Perform expert onboarding and screening reviews, including employment conflicts, confidentiality considerations, and MNPI risk assessments.
• Conduct pre-call, live-call, and post-call compliance reviews and escalate potential issues.
• Track and resolve flagged items using compliance monitoring tools and call screening analytics.
• Support documentation and logistics for compliance risk assessments and annual testing activities.
• Compile background materials for client due diligence requests and compliance discussions.
• Prepare and maintain compliance attestations, testing logs, risk registers, and training records.

What you'll need

• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, administrative, customer support, compliance operations, or similar process-based roles is helpful.
• Familiarity with securities laws, insider trading regulations, MNPI, and conflict of interest principles.
• Detail-oriented ability to consistently follow established policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Strong written communication skills in English using templates to produce clear, professional responses.
• Organized, reliable ability to manage multiple requests and track deadlines.
• Sound judgment to know when to escalate issues to senior compliance leadership.
• Comfort working with compliance systems, case management tools, monitoring technology, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
