Compliance Officer

Overview

Manage compliance clearance and ongoing maintenance of healthcare professional files against UK healthcare and client-specific requirements.

What you'll do

• Clear new candidate files by completing compliance checks.
• Verify mandatory documentation before candidate clearance.
• Maintain active candidate files and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Monitor expiry and renewal dates for registrations, certifications, and documents.
• Review files for missing, expired, or outstanding documentation.
• Follow up with candidates for updated documents and information.
• Update compliance records and internal systems promptly.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in UK healthcare compliance, registration, compliance maintenance, or a similar role.
• Experience with new file clearance and active-file maintenance.
• Strong understanding of UK healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience managing candidate files, renewals, audits, and compliance checks.
• Strong attention to detail and discrepancy identification skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet compliance deadlines.

• Experience working with UK healthcare professionals and compliance documentation.
