Consultant - Enterprise Risk Advisory 4B

Overview

Consultant role in Enterprise Risk Advisory at Genpact, supporting risk advisory delivery, analysis and client deliverables.

What you'll do

• Support delivery of risk advisory tasks and assessments.
• Conduct risk analysis and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare client deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to research on risk trends and regulations.
• Build and enhance workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Alteryx.
• Manage multiple small projects within CORDS, covering end-to-end project management, documentation, stakeholder management, policies/governance, and project delivery.
• Build workflow automation in the MS environment using tools such as CoPilot and UiPath for low-code automation of generic and repeatable processes/tasks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, or Statistics, or Master's in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Alteryx.
• Experience managing multiple small projects within CORDS.
• Experience in end-to-end client lifecycle management, or deep understanding of it.
• Experience in building workflow automation in MS environment using tools such as CoPilot and UiPath.
• Required skills: Data Literacy, Executive Presence, Information Security, Risk Management, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency: Advanced (C1).
