Consultant - Internal Audit & SOX

Overview

Deliver Internal Audit, SOX, governance, risk and compliance solutions for clients across industries. The role includes evaluating IT operational risk and control processes.

What you'll do

• Lead client engagements covering GRC, internal audits, process reviews, SOPs and SOX 404 assessments.
• Execute risk advisory projects for clients across industries.
• Determine audit procedures needed to achieve desired results.
• Draft work programs for assigned engagements.
• Perform audit work according to approved programs.
• Analyze evidence to assess control adequacy and effectiveness.
• Report findings and recommend control, operational and cost improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Knowledge or experience in IT operational risk.
• Skills in designing control processes.
• Skills in developing test requirements or testing controls.
• Data literacy skills.
• Information security and risk management skills.
• Proficient English language proficiency at C2 level.

Nice to have

• Certified Fraud Examiner certification.
• CISA certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification.
