Overview

Internal Audit – Manager role covering end-to-end audits across multiple functions, with a focus on testing controls, analyzing process gaps, and reporting actionable findings.

What you'll do

• Conduct end-to-end audits of functions including Operations, HR, Finance, or Tech under the Manager’s guidance.
• Perform walkthroughs and test of effectiveness (ToE).
• Document audit findings with cause-and-effect analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and internal control adequacy.
• Prepare and present clear audit reports with recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Track implementation of prior audit recommendations.
• Ensure audit activities align with the Internal Audit Manual and professional standards.

What you'll need

• 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Strong understanding of internal audit frameworks and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment for Fintech/Payments (including RBI and NPCI guidelines).
• Use data analytics tools such as SQL, ACL, or PowerBI to analyze large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
