Overview

Product Manager for Paytm’s UPI Product team, driving product strategy and user experience across UPI-powered flows.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end UPI product vision, roadmap, and execution for UPI surfaces.
• Drive seamless UPI payment flows, including post-transaction experience.
• Improve funnel metrics (conversion, success rate, drop-off) via A/B testing and experimentation.
• Identify UPI journey friction points and ship targeted fixes.
• Define reliability success metrics and hold engineering accountable.
• Build dashboards for UPI funnel metrics and lead rapid experimentation cycles.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing products or fintech.
• Deep understanding of user psychology, engagement funnels, and conversion in high-frequency consumer apps.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into hypotheses and ship iterative solutions.
• Comfort with SQL and product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Metabase (or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication for PRDs and presenting to leadership.
• Ownership mindset: shipped features end-to-end across product, engineering, and go-to-market.
