Product Management - Payment Product | Experience : 5-8 yrs

Overview

Own and scale the international payments product charter, driving strategy, roadmap, integrations, and execution across markets.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for international payments.
• Lead integrations with card schemes, vendors, banks, terminals, FX providers, and open banking aggregators.
• Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, and merchant features.
• Drive execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
• Write detailed product requirement documents and manage roadmaps and deliverables.
• Influence stakeholders and remove technical roadblocks.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
• Experience in merchant payments.
• Experience in global fintech environments.
• Strong execution skills in complex, high-scale environments.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new products in a new market.
